U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) and Business Ombudsman Council will host the Panel Discussion 3D Recovery: Partnership, EU Integration and Human Capital in Gdańsk, Poland on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, followed by Networking Lunch. The key idea is that real recovery happens at the community level. High-level state representatives, UA/EU local government officials, business representatives and financial partners will participate in two strategic panels.
Panel I explores the interaction of recovery projects in the context of EU integration, with insights from regional authorities and the business community. Panel II examines human capital as a driver of recovery, featuring perspectives from government, international financial institutions and academic representatives.
