The Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program continues its support for Ukraine’s energy sector through a newly announced procurement opportunity. Tetra Tech ES, Inc., implementing the U.S. Government-funded program, has issued Request for Quotations RFQ-PRG-SPARC-2026-054 for the procurement of a 1000 kW generator. The solicitation was issued on August 4, 2026, and is intended to provide critical equipment that will help strengthen the resilience, reliability, and continuity of Ukraine’s power infrastructure during wartime and post-war recovery. Questions are due by August 10, 2026, at 6:00PM (Kyiv time), and quotations must be submitted by August 18, 2026, at 6:00PM (Kyiv time) through the Tetra Tech ESI solicitation portal.
