All USUBC Designated Board Members have received the invitation for the 30th Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on December 15 and are strongly encouraged to attend – either in person or online, as well as to send Proxies to help establish a quorum. Each USUBC member has a seat at the Board of Directors with the Designated Board Member, who is invited to vote for the Executive Committee and Officers for 2026.
