The State Tax Service is encouraging taxpayers and the public to take part in a nationwide survey assessing the physical, informational and digital accessibility of its service centers. The initiative aims to identify how effectively the needs of people with disabilities, veterans with disabilities and other low-mobility groups are being met, while also improving the overall user experience when interacting with tax authorities.
