We are pleased to invite you to the 2025 AUSA: Ukraine Informational Session, co-organized by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service and Kallman Worldwide Inc. This event will be held during the 2025 Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting & Exposition (AUSA), the largest defense exhibition in the United States and one of the most significant globally. The Ukraine Informational Session will take place on Monday, 13 October 2025, from 12PM to 1PM at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

- Introduction of the Ukrainian defense industry delegation to AUSA – by the U.S. Commercial Service, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Brief overview of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and their vital needs: summary of the immediate-term challenges and the equipment and services Ukraine is most interested in procuring – by the Defense Attache Office, Embassy of Ukraine in the USA
- Defense procurement in Ukraine: how the process is organized, how to become verified supplier: Plans/Priorities/Process – by the Defense Procurement Agency of Ukraine
- USUBC members’ remarks on the defense industrial base cooperation with the U.S. private sector
- Q&A followed by networking

The attendance is limited to USUBC members and partners. The space is strictly limited, so we can only accept no more than two representatives per company.
