Between 1983 and 2000, Major General Borys Kremenetskyi held various Air Force command, staff, and administrative positions at the Squadron, Regiment, and Heavy Bomber Division levels, including Flight Engineer, Chief of Squadron Group, Senior Regiment Engineer, and Deputy Commander (Chief Engineer) of the Division.
