USUBC Members Briefing with Youqing Ma, the Incoming Senior Commercial Officer, U.S. Embassy in Kyiv

The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will hold a Members Briefing with Youqing Ma, the incoming Senior Commercial Officer (SCO) at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, organized in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Commerce. The event will take place on Wednesday, 5 August, at 2:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM Kyiv time in Washington D.C. and online.

USUBC members will be invited to briefly introduce their companies and highlight their current operations, challenges, or objectives in Ukraine during this introductory meeting.

Youqing Ma will arrive in Kyiv in September to serve as Senior Commercial Officer at the United States Embassy in Kyiv, representing the U.S. Department of Commerce in advancing U.S.-Ukraine trade and investment relations. She currently serves in Lisbon, Portugal, as part of the Mission Portugal leadership team, leading efforts that have facilitated billions of dollars in U.S. exports. Her career spans postings in Japan, Taiwan, and Commerce Department headquarters, where she has advanced U.S. commercial priorities across trade, investment, and technology cooperation.

The Briefing will be co-moderated by Stephanie Murphy, Chair of the Board of Directors, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC); Vice President, Crop Science and Corporate Government Affairs at Bayer and Nadiia Khomaziuk, Vice President, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC).
