USUBC Working Lunch welcoming Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. Sandra Oudkirk and Deputy Chief of Mission Meghan Gregonis of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv

The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will host USUBC Working Lunch welcoming Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. Sandra Oudkirk and Deputy Chief of Mission Meghan Gregonis of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv on Thursday, 13 August, at 12:30-13:30 in Kyiv. Registration and welcome coffee will begin at 12:00. The venue, located in central Kyiv, will be shared with registered participants.

The discussion will provide an opportunity for members across defense, energy, technology, infrastructure, agriculture, finance, and other sectors to engage directly with the Chargé d’Affaires and Deputy Chief of Mission, exchange perspectives on the evolving business and security environment, and explore areas where U.S.-Ukraine commercial cooperation can be strengthened.

Sandra S. Oudkirk is Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. She is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service with over 30 years of experience representing U.S. interests abroad, including as Director of the American Institute in Taiwan and in senior roles with the Department of War and U.S. European Command. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, she speaks Mandarin Chinese and Turkish.

Meghan Gregonis is Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, class Minister Counselor. She brings extensive experience advancing U.S. interests through commercial diplomacy, security partnerships, and innovation initiatives, including prior postings as U.S. Consul General in Dubai and in Munich. A distinguished graduate of the National War College and an alumna of New York University, she previously served in Islamabad, Riyadh, Rome, Baghdad, and Jerusalem.

The event will be co-moderated by Maxym Vykhovanets, Country Managing Partner, PwC Ukraine; and Dmytro Filonenko, Director, Programming & Business Development, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC).
