The U.S.-based titanium company with mining and processing assets in Ukraine has signed a strategic partnership and share exchange agreement with European Lithium Limited, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. Upon completion of due diligence, Velta Holding will join the European Lithium group to jointly develop critical materials projects and advance plans for building a titanium end-products manufacturing facility in the United States. The partnership is expected to accelerate integrated titanium production across Ukraine and the U.S. while preserving Velta’s management team and operational continuity.
