On 9 December, USUBC co-hosted an in-person roundtable in Kyiv with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and CELIS Institute – “The Horizon of Investment Screening in Ukraine.” The event focused on Ukraine’s emerging framework for investment controls, FDI risk assessment, and best practices to safeguard economic security, bringing together policymakers, legal experts, and business leaders for a substantive discussion.
