On 15 December, USUBC successfully held its 30th Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors in Washington, D.C., in a hybrid format (in person and via Zoom).
The meeting brought together USUBC Designated Board Members and achieved the required quorum to conduct the 2026 elections of the USUBC Executive Committee and Officers.
USUBC expresses its sincere gratitude to King & Spalding for graciously hosting the meeting and for their continued support of USUBC’s work.
