The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council held a meeting with USAID Ukraine leadership on November 18 in Kyiv.
The event featured key speakers Julie Koenen, USAID Mission Director for Ukraine, alongside Deputy Mission Directors Theodora Dell and Milan Pavlovic. Discussions focused on USAID’s strategic vision for Ukraine, covering workforce development, energy security, healthcare improvements, and reconstruction efforts.
Co-moderated by Greg Fishman JD, USUBC Secretary/Treasurer, and Denys Yatsyshyn, USUBC Director of Corporate Relations, the meeting highlighted USAID’s extensive contributions to Ukraine’s development over the past 30 years, including $27.8 billion in assistance since February 2022.
