Tetra Tech ES, Inc., implementing the Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program funded by the United States Government, has announced Request for Quotations RFQ-PRG-SPARC-2026-029 for the procurement of steel pipes for district heating utilities. The initiative is designed to supply essential materials to support energy system resilience and continuity, with questions due by April 10, 2026, and quotations due by April 20, 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv time), via the Tetra Tech ESI solicitation portal.
