Through the SPARC Program, Tetra Tech ES, Inc. has launched three new solicitations in support of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure recovery. RFQ-PRG-SPARC-2026-035, issued on May 8, covers the procurement of steel and polyethylene pipes in two separate lots, with quotations due by May 22, 2026; separately, RFI-PRG-SPARC-2026-003, issued on May 11, seeks information on the installation of cogeneration and generation units, with a closing date of May 29, 2026. In addition, RFP-TA-SPARC-2026-006, issued on May 13, invites proposals for the development of heat supply schemes for the cities of Kremenchuk, Horishni Plavni, Myrhorod, and Kaniv, with questions due by May 22 and proposals due by June 5, 2026.
