Efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s energy grid continue through a newly announced procurement under the Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program. Tetra Tech ES, Inc., implementing the U.S. Government-funded program, has issued Request for Quotations RFQ-PRG-SPARC-2026-052 for the procurement of transformer bushings. The solicitation, issued July 14, 2026, is intended to support the continued resilience of Ukraine’s power infrastructure, with questions due by July 22, 2026, and quotations due by July 30, 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv time), via the Tetra Tech ESI solicitation portal.
