Through the SPARC Program, Tetra Tech ES, Inc. has opened several new Requests for Quotations aimed at supporting the resilience and recovery of Ukraine’s critical energy and heating systems. The latest solicitations cover the procurement of fire engines, heavy equipment including a crawler bulldozer and motor grader, and valves for heating supply utilities, with submission deadlines ranging from February 9 to February 16, 2026. Qualified suppliers are invited to review the detailed RFQs and participate in these tenders supporting wartime stability and post-war reconstruction.
