The State Tax Service of Ukraine, with World Bank support, has launched a large-scale taxpayer survey conducted by independent research firms UDA Consulting and Info Sapience to better understand how businesses experience tax compliance and administration. The findings will be used to improve tax procedures, simplify processes, and enhance service quality — all responses are anonymous and strictly confidential. USUBC members are encouraged to take the survey.
