Quantum Systems and Frontline Finalize One of the Largest Strategic Investment Agreements in Ukraine’s Defense Tech Sector

As part of this agreement, Quantum Systems will acquire a 10% stake in Frontline, with an option of increasing its share to up to 25% over the next 12 months. This strategic agreement is focused on building deeper industrial, technical, and strategic cooperation between the two companies. It also strengthens their alliance and reflects growing synergy between their defense innovation ecosystems. The partnership also aims to scale manufacturing in Ukraine and strengthen ties within the broader European defense ecosystem.
