Oschadbank and Ukreximbank have approved the sale of the Gulliver multifunctional retail and office complex through the Prozorro.Sale electronic auction system, with the auction lot expected to be published in early September and a starting price of USD 207 million. The landmark asset spans more than 150,000 square meters in central Kyiv and is expected to become one of Ukraine’s largest commercial real estate transactions in recent years, signaling transparency and renewed investment opportunities in the Ukrainian market.
