Signed on the sidelines of URC 2026, the agreement introduces a direct war risk coverage facility for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, alongside a grant component and expanded financing for large corporates with loans of up to EUR 10 million. The total program, signed with EBRD Managing Director Francis Malige, may reach EUR 510 million — the largest sum in the history of cooperation between the two institutions. The agreement underscores Oschadbank’s capacity to deploy partnership-based financial instruments in support of Ukraine’s economy throughout the war.
