MBDA, the European leader in complex weapons systems, and Ukrainian defence company Ukrainian Armor, both USUBC members, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding formalizing a strategic partnership that pairs MBDA’s expertise in missile systems with Ukrainian Armor’s battlefield-tested experience in armored vehicles, unmanned systems, artillery, and ammunition. The Memorandum of Understanding focuses initially on Deep Strike and Counter-UAS capabilities — two areas of critical importance in high-intensity conflict — with plans for joint production programs, technology exchange, and the long-term goal of establishing a Joint Venture.
