Logistics Plus and UkraineInvest Establish First U.S. Partner Office to Expand American Investment

On 24 June, during a USUBC joint event with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) on “Navigating the Business Climate in Ukraine: Reducing Risk, Unlocking Capital and Trust”, UkraineInvest and Berlin Bridges signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish UkraineInvest’s first Partner Office in the United States, to be generously hosted by Belin Bridges in New York.

Maryna Khlystun, Executive Director, signed on behalf of UkraineInvest, and Jim Berlin, Founder & Chairman of Logistics Plus and Founder of Berlin Bridges, signed on behalf of Berlin Bridges, translating Berlin’s role on the Business Advisory Council for Ukraine into a practical investor engagement mechanism. The signing was witnessed by Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, Derek Berlin, Senior Advisor at Logistics Plus, and Irina Paliashvili, USUBC President & CEO.

The office will build a sector-specific investment pipeline, connect U.S. investors with Ukrainian partners, and serve as a coordination platform with the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States and other stakeholders throughout the investment process.

USUBC extends its deep gratitude to UkraineInvest and Berlin Bridges for entrusting us with hosting of this groundbreaking ceremony.
