Kinstellar Outlines Key Updates on Critical Enterprise Status and Employee Reservation in Ukraine

Resolution No. 862 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which entered into force on July 3, 2026, introduced changes affecting critical enterprise status renewal, reservation quotas for employees under secondary employment, and monitoring procedures via the Diia Portal.
