About Us
The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) was established in October 1995 to advance U.S. companies’ trade and investment interests in Ukraine’s significant emerging market. USUBC advocates for policies that improve bilateral trade and investment conditions while promoting strong, strategic ties between the two nations.

Kinstellar Earns Eight LMG Life Sciences EMEA Shortlist Nominations Across Central and Eastern Europe

The firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare sector teams have secured shortlist positions for Firm of the Year in six markets — Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and Ukraine — at the prestigious LMG Life Sciences Awards 2026 EMEA. Two Kinstellar attorneys also received individual recognition: Tomas Cihula, Partner and Head of the Firm-wide Life Sciences & Healthcare Sector, was shortlisted as Central & Eastern Europe Lawyer of the Year, while Andrijana Kaštelan, Counsel in Zagreb, was nominated as South East Europe Lawyer of the Year. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on June 4.
