We are pleased to extend the invitation to join the Business Outreach Workshop for Public Procurement Opportunities in Ukraine, co-organized by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, in collaboration with the World Bank Group, EBRD, EIB, CEB and Prozorro SOE. The event will be held on Wednesday, 6 May, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Kyiv time) in a hybrid format – both online and in person in Kyiv. The exact venue will be shared by email with participants confirmed for in-person attendance.
The main objective of the workshop is to enable the business community to participate more effectively in opportunities created through government- and donor-funded projects in Ukraine. The workshop aims to equip participants with:
- an overview of IFI portfolios in Ukraine (World Bank, EBRD, EIB, and CEB);
- information on Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction, and Reform Trust Fund (URTF) emergency programs;
- key aspects of procurement rules and procedures of Ukraine and the IFIs;
- tips for preparing acceptable bids and proposals;
- mechanisms for resolving bidders’ complaints;
- an overview of the government e-procurement system “Prozorro,” including key upgrades to facilitate bidder participation.
