The U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) will organize the panel “AI for Recovery and Demining in Ukraine” during the third AI+ Expo in Washington, D.C. As part of the “Innovation Under Fire: Lessons Learned from Ukraine” Program, this final panel will take place on Friday, 8 May at 3:00 PM at 3:00 PM in Room 154 of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

The panel “AI for Ukraine’s Recovery and Demining” will explore the broader role of artificial intelligence in supporting Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction, with demining as one crucial component of a larger, integrated effort. The discussion will highlight how AI can enhance the efficient use of resources, strengthen transparency, and support human capital development. Panelists will also examine innovative technologies and practical applications, offering a comprehensive perspective on how AI-driven solutions can contribute to rebuilding Ukraine in a more resilient, modern, and sustainable way.

The AI+ Expo, organized by the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP), runs from May 7–9. The event convenes global leaders in AI and technology to foster collaboration and strengthen U.S. and allied competitiveness.
