Co-designed with the State Tax University of Ukraine and GERZ Foundation, the work-study program targets a critical domestic shortage of professionals with practical expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, transfer pricing, and international tax compliance — skills increasingly in demand as foreign investment and reconstruction activity in Ukraine accelerate. Sponsoring companies invest approximately USD 8,000 in tuition, hire the student as a trainee from day one, and help shape 20% of the curriculum through their own subject-matter experts, with each graduate contractually committed to a three-year post-graduation employment term.
