The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) is conducting a study on behalf of the Business Ombudsman Council of Ukraine to assess current business barriers, the impact of the war on company operations, and the key factors shaping foreign investment decisions — including the role of Ukraine’s European integration process. The 15-minute anonymous survey targets foreign companies and enterprises with mixed Ukrainian-foreign capital, with results to be presented exclusively in aggregated form. USUBC encourages member companies and potential investors to share their perspectives before the 27 May deadline.
