The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved Bunge’s acquisition of the Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant from Oleksii Ponomarchuk via Cyprus-based Eltorne Limited. The move allows the global agribusiness leader to expand its oilseed processing capacity in Ukraine and strengthen its strategic presence in the region.
