Bunge marked a milestone as the latest cohort of its Industrial Operations Trainee Program completed their 18-month journey of hands-on learning across the company’s diverse operations, sharing insights from the experience before moving into full-time roles within the business. Building on this momentum, Bunge has opened applications for the 2026 edition of the program in EMEA, a paid 18-month traineeship starting in September that covers production, processing, maintenance, reliability, quality and food safety, and refining across seven countries. The program offers graduates dedicated mentorship, real-project exposure, and a long-term career path at one of the world’s leading agribusiness companies.
