Engineering students across Ukraine are gaining direct exposure to real-world defense technologies through a new collaboration initiative led by BlueBird Tech. The program includes specialized lectures and hands-on experience with advanced systems such as the Bebradrone UAV, Chuyka 3.0 drone detector, and Zhakh FPV drone, with initial partnerships established at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Kyiv Aviation Institute. By connecting students with engineers and recruiters, the initiative aims to strengthen Ukraine’s defense tech talent pipeline and respond to growing interest in fields like AI, electronic warfare, and robotics.
