Building on its existing U.S. presence, BlueBird Tech is expanding across Europe with a network of international R&D centers aimed at bringing together Ukrainian engineers living and working abroad under one global ecosystem for military and security technology development. The first pilot office will be established in Poland, with further locations planned across the EU, and an international recruitment drive is already underway for specialists ranging from embedded and hardware engineers to computer vision, AI, and unmanned systems experts. Co-founder Valerii Zarubin noted that engaging diaspora talent will increase both the quality and quantity of frontline solutions while accelerating the development of new technologies.
