Yurii Katsion received his higher education at Kyiv National Economic University and holds a master’s degree in banking investment management.
He has over 27 years of experience in the banking sector.
During his nearly 25 years at Oschadbank, he has risen through the ranks from chief economist to deputy chairman of the board responsible for corporate business.
On January 26, 2026, Yurii Katsion was appointed Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank JSC.
He has extensive experience in implementing complex investment projects, interacting with international financial organizations, and initiating and developing, in cooperation with the regulator, executive and legislative branches of government, relevant regulatory and legal documents, including those related to supporting strategically important sectors of the economy.
