Sergiy Tsivkach is a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member od DGA Group, and is based in Kyiv. He leverages extensive government and business experience to advise clients on operating in Ukraine.

Mr. Tsivkach previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of UkraineInvest, a government agency for foreign investment promotion. During his tenure, he helped attract billions in foreign direct investment and coordinated with legislators on investment policy, including implementing incentives for significant projects.
Previously, he was an advisor to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on investment and economic development and served as an advisor on international affairs to former President Leonid Kravchuk and other senior officials in Ukraine and the UK.
