Olha Andrieieva is Director of Member Services and Marketing at the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), based in Kyiv. She specializes in marketing communications and foreign economic activity management, with a proven track record in developing sales strategies, marketing products, and managing stakeholder communications across both public and private sectors.
Prior to joining USUBC, Olha held senior roles in leading Ukrainian organizations, including Naftogaz of Ukraine and Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant, where she worked on corporate communications, project management, and organizational development initiatives. She also served as Project Manager at the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Belgium, focusing on international cooperation, investment-related communications, and cross-border project coordination.
Earlier in her career, Olha gained experience in sales, real estate, and corporate administration, building strong expertise in client relations, business development, and operational management. She holds a background in economics and is currently pursuing further academic studies in the field.
