Nataliya Katser-Buchkovska is an energy transition, infrastructure investment and green finance expert with 20+ years of experience. In 2014-2019, she served as a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine, where she chaired the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development, Strategy and Investments and co-authored core legislation governing Ukraine’s gas, renewables and electricity markets. Currently, she is leading the Green Resilience Facility, a blended finance vehicle with a portfolio of decentralised renewable energy assets, including biomethane, solar and wind energy, BESS and green hydrogen.
