Jennifer Pueschner is the Ukraine Executive for Global Accounts, Requirements & Capabilities, Raytheon Company, a business of Raytheon Technologies, (NYSE: RTX). At Raytheon, strategic leadership and a culture of innovation our integral to our success in global defense markets. Jennifer leverages her extensive experience in sustainment and defense which are critical to her customers’ national defense capabilities and operational objectives. She brings the power of the diverse programs and capabilities of Raytheon together with her counterparts at Pratt & Whitney andCollins to shape customer requirements, identify opportunities for strategic collaboration and drive growth.
Prior to this role, Pueschner has held leadership roles in numerous business segments to include Naval Power, Air Warfare, Operations, US Business Development, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management.
Her achievements include strategic support of a portfolio valued at over $2B across numerous program areas, driving innovation in Requirements & Capabilities, developing winning capture strategies for programs in excess of $1B and creating/identifying cross-company customer focused solutions.
Prior to joining Raytheon in 2003, Pueschner spent more than 6 years leading client development organizations focused on corporate training and education. She has supported multiple Fortune 1000 companies and her client list included Eli Lilly, Kyocera – Qualcomm, Toyota, Rockwell Collins and CiscoSystems.
Pueschner is a certified Raytheon Six Sigma ExpertTM and Advanced Capture Manager. She earned a bachelor’ degree in political science from SUNY Albany, a master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a master’s certificate in strategy and risk management from Stanford University.
