Bell Textron has formally established Bell Textron Ukraine, a dedicated subsidiary that will serve as the company’s operational hub in the country, supporting helicopter assembly, maintenance, and repair as part of a broader industrial partnership. The move builds on a memorandum of understanding signed with Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy in October 2025, which laid the groundwork for a final assembly and testing center, and reflects the company’s view that the Bell AH-1Z Viper and Bell UH-1Y Venom helicopters can both strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities and anchor a long-term industrial collaboration. Bell Textron has also indicated plans to open a permanent office, with the location still to be determined.
