AVELLUM Advises on USD 348 Million Acquisition of Enselco by Kernel Holding

Legal counsel has been provided for a major agribusiness consolidation in Ukraine involving the acquisition of a large-scale farming and logistics platform. The transaction strengthens KERNEL Holding S.A.’s integrated agricultural model through the purchase of 100% of Enselco LTD, a group with a 190,000-hectare land bank, grain elevators, and a grain rail fleet, with a total deal value of USD 348 million, while supporting the company’s broader strategy to streamline operations and expand its production and export capabilities.
