Mariia Ilchenko is Financial Manager at the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), based in Kyiv. She oversees financial operations and administration, drawing on extensive experience in finance, project management, and business operations across the technology, international trade, manufacturing, and investment sectors.
Before joining USUBC, Mariia held senior leadership positions, including Director of the Kyiv office of an international IT company, Financial Director of an investment management firm, Commercial Director, and Project Manager. Throughout her career, she has managed financial planning, budgeting, corporate operations, project implementation, and international business development, working closely with domestic and international partners.
Mariia holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) and has completed advanced professional training in asset management, international finance, corporate compliance, and project management. Her expertise includes financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
