Maryna has over 20 years of experience in strategy, investments, commercial due diligence, operational transformation, and post-merger integration across large multinational and vertically integrated companies. Her experience spans private equity, investment holdings, state-owned enterprises, infrastructure, industrials, natural resources, telecommunications, and emerging technology sectors.
In recent years, Maryna has been actively involved in investment origination, due diligence, and portfolio assessment activities related to innovation and emerging technologies through the Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (URIF), working with investors, development finance institutions, government stakeholders, and technology companies. Her focus areas include defence technology, dual-use technologies, advanced manufacturing, digital infrastructure, energy resilience, and technology commercialization in emerging markets.
Prior to consulting, Maryna held senior management positions within one of the largest investment and operating holdings in the CIS region, where she was responsible for value creation initiatives, commercial performance improvement, integration management, and large-scale transformation programs. She has extensive experience in M&A transactions, commercial assessments, business turnarounds, post-merger integration, and organizational change management.
