Dmytro has over 20 years of experience in legal practice in leading international and national companies, managing a law office, working as a government relations manager at Naftogaz Group, and teaching legal disciplines at one of Ukraine’s leading universities.
He has successful experience in supporting international companies M&A processes, issuance process, supporting the current activities of enterprises with a foreign element, as well as bringing a number of holding companies to the Ukrainian market. He was engaged in protection of clients’ interests in criminal cases and their representation in civil and commercial disputes.
Prior to the Business Ombudsman Council, Dmytro was a consultant to the Reform Support Team under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, where he participated in developing laws and by-laws aimed at implementing corporate governance reform in Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Privatization of State and Communal Property”, the Law of Ukraine “On Leasing of State and Communal Property”, participated in developing Ukraine’s Recovery Plan.
Dmytro earned a Master’s degree in Law with honors from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an MBA degree from MIM Business school (MIM-KYIV).
