Alexander Romanishyn is an economist and policy strategist, serving as Advisor on International Affairs at the State Agency for Restoration of Ukraine. A former Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, he currently leads ISE Group, an independent think tank and corporate accelerator working at the intersection of economic policy, and private sector engagement across the United States, the European Union, and Ukraine. Previously, he held leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY) and investment holdings, focusing on corporate finance and cross-border M&A, strategic investments, and infrastructure projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
