The new online portal opens the submission process for investment-ready projects across priority sectors such as natural resources, energy, information and communication technology, transport and logistics, strategic and emerging technology, marking a fundamental step toward deploying capital this year.
With an initial seed capitalization of USD 150 million contributed equally by the United States and Ukraine, the Fund is designed to mobilize U.S. and aligned public and private capital and support scalable projects that strengthen economic resilience and contribute to reconstruction and prosperity of Ukraine.
USUBC welcomes this milestone and congratulates the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the Government of Ukraine, and Alvarez & Marsal, the Fund’s key operational partner, on bringing the portal to launch. As a long-standing platform for U.S.-Ukraine economic engagement, USUBC looks forward to supporting member companies and partners as they explore opportunities and engage with the URIF investment process.
