Oksana has a decade of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and policy advocacy. She previously led communications to drive government relations at the European Business Association and Pro-Integrity (USAID/UK-funded project), managed high-level stakeholder engagement with U.S., UK, and EU partners, and directed multi-country communication teams. Oksana holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
