BGV Development and SAGA Development have announced the joint relaunch of the OZON Concept House – a large-scale business-class residential complex in Kyiv’s Pechersk district. The project will feature four multifunctional buildings with distinctive architecture, green rooftop terraces, and modern infrastructure designed to elevate urban living standards. Despite wartime challenges, the initiative reflects growing confidence in Kyiv’s recovery and aims to set new benchmarks for residential development in Ukraine.
