Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ganna Gvozdiar held a meeting in Kyiv with Irina Paliashvili, President & CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC); Greg Fishman JD, Secretary-Treasurer of USUBC; and Dmytro Filonenko, Director of Programming & Business Development, USUBC. The parties discussed cooperation and prospects for engaging U.S. defense companies in projects in Ukraine.
The key topic of the talks was coordination for the DFNC³ Defense Forum in Kyiv, along with the prospect of holding additional events with leading U.S. defense companies – members of USUBC – during the AUSA 2025 defense exhibition, scheduled to take place in Washington, DC on 13-15 October.
“The Ukrainian defense industry is open to a new level of partnership with global companies. We see significant potential to deepen cooperation with U.S. defense manufacturers willing to invest in joint projects and help integrate Ukraine into the global defense market,” said Ganna Gvozdiar.
