CMS has provided legal support to ING Bank N.V. in arranging a new pre-export finance facility for a major Ukrainian agricultural group. Led by counsel Kateryna Chechulina, the CMS team advised on all aspects of the transaction, aimed at supporting sustainable agricultural exports and strengthening Ukraine’s position in global markets.
