As a key partner of the Council of Europe, UNBA has embedded the HELP (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) program into Ukraine’s legal education system, aligning advocate training with European human rights standards. Over 80% of the courses have been translated, adapted to national legislation, and made part of mandatory professional development for Ukrainian advocates.
