Marcia Yu is the International Finance Corporation (IFC) ‘s regional industry manager for manufacturing, agribusiness, and services (MAS), covering Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, and the Southern Caucasus. Based in Vienna, she leads IFC’s investment strategy and client engagement in this region, undergoing rapid transformation and recovery. With over 19 years at IFC, Marcia brings deep expertise in structuring impactful private sector investments. She has led more than US$3 billion in debt and equity transactions globally, with a strong focus on sustainable development, housing, and agribusiness. Marcia is a champion of sustainable and inclusive growth. In her current role, she is spearheading initiatives to strengthen regional competitiveness, support Ukraine’s recovery, foster private sector-led innovation, and unlock private capital for resilient value chains in the region.
Before IFC, Marcia worked in private equity investment and equity research in the Asia Pacific region. Marcia has an MBA degree from Georgetown University.
